You're the one everyone needs...
You're the one people lean on. The one people call when something needs handling. The one who remembers everyone's deadlines, birthdays, and bad days - except your own.
You're the safe pair of hands. The one who holds it together, remembers what everyone else needs, shows up even when you're running on nothing.
Somewhere along the way, you stopped being on your own list.
And it's not because you don't matter to yourself. But prioritising yourself feels like it costs something - you feel the guilt, conflict, the risk of letting someone down. So you keep giving, and giving until the cup is empty, and you call it love, or loyalty, responsibility or just who you are.
It isn't who you are though... It's what you learned. And that means it can be UN-learned!
You've probably done some version of "the work" already. Therapy, coaching, a retreat, a book that cracked something open. You felt it shift. And then, somehow, you were back here - last on your own list, again.
The word, the feeling, and taking it back
The word "selfish" is steeped in negativity and is usually coded as a character flaw so it's no wonder that most of us experience a visceral response when it is used as an insult or to describe you. This masterclass exists to take the word back.
For most of us the term Selfish has always been a word used on you. Someone said it - a parent, a partner, maybe even someone you considered a friend, or a room full of people you needed to keep happy - the moment you put yourself first instead of them or something else that demanded your energy. And it worked. You learned to flinch at your own wants and needs before anyone else even had to say the word out loud. A conditioned response, doing exactly what it was built to do: keep you available.
Including yourself isn't selfish.
It's not even self-improvement. It's a return to something that was never supposed to be optional in the first place. So when we call this Self-ish, we're not reclaiming a dirty word for shock value. We're asking you to notice what happens in your body the next time you put your own needs first. The guilt, the second-guessing, the urge to justify it - and get curious about who taught you that feeling, and what it's cost you to keep obeying it.
This isn't a time management problem. You could clear your whole calendar tomorrow and you'd still find a way to fill it with everyone but yourself. It isn't a self-care problem either - you don't need another routine to add to the pile and eventually abandon. It's about understanding exactly why you keep leaving yourself off your own list, and what it actually takes to change that.
What You'll Walk Away With
This isn't a talk you sit through. In 90 minutes, live, you'll: Name the exact pattern that's kept you giving past your own capacity - and where it actually came from

Practical tools you can use including one real tool from my STORM™ framework, in full, to use straight away - not a teaser, the whole thing
Leave with a clear next step if you want to go deeper - no pressure, no pitch fest
About the host

I'm Desreen!
I spent almost 18 years inside corporate HR working with many colleagues and clients such as Amazon, Tesco, Nestlé, Sainsbury's - watching capable people override themselves for the sake of the role, over and over, until it broke something. In 2020, it broke me too. What I found on the other side became everything that I do now as The Personal Mastery Alchemist.
I work with capable people who are exhausted from carrying more than their share, helping them understand their own energy, regulate their internal world, and build real self-trust. It's not all about self-improvement. For me the better term is self-leadership. I'm not here to fix you - you were never broken. I'm here to show you what it can look and feel like to stop giving all of yourself to everything and everyone bar yourself.
If you already know this is you, you don't need more convincing. You need an hour-ish.
